If you want to have good health, you will...





1) Do excercise every day.


2) Wear suitable clothes.


3) Have a good balanced diet.


4) Don't smoke.


5) Don't drink a lot of spirits.


6) Do some sport in the week.


7) Have a pacific life.

8) Drink water everyday.

1) Don ´t smoke


2) Don´ t eat much too quickly


3) Don´ t drink a lot spirits ( for teen)


4) Try to eat less sweet


5) Drink 2 litres of water everyday


6) Have al least 6 hours sleep at night


7) Live quitely, don't worry, be happy
