Keeping fit and healfay





If you want to keep fit and healthy follow ours tips...





1) Don ´t smoke


2) Don´ t eat much too quickly


3) Don´ t drink a lot spirits ( for teen)


4) Try to eat less sweet


5) Drink 2 litres of water everyday


6) Have al least 6 hours sleep at night


7) Live quitely, don't worry, be happy





IF YOU WANT TO EAT ALL, YOU SHOULD DO PHYSICAL EXERCICE.
